Going into the 2023 season, the Surge wants to guarantee they have the front office to ensure that the new Coaching Staff can focus on coaching the team and winning games. They believe that with this structure they make sure that every aspect of the franchise has the attention needed to succeed.
„We want to ensure that our new Head Coach and his coaching staff can focus primarily on winning Games. My sole job is to ensure our coaches and players have nothing to worry about. When we looked at successful teams in the NFL, ELF and even GFL, we saw this type of structure. Between Suni, George and myself, we have put each of us in a position we have strengths in. Suni has run numerous businesses, and worked along some of the most successful Sporting Clubs in Stuttgart. With 1 year of ELF experience under his belt, we expect things to be a lot smoother this year. George has worked with some of the best franchises in the NFL (Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers) in their player personnel department, as well as recruiting and scouting players. I have worked in Operations in the military for 10+ years, where I was responsible for movement of thousands of personnel, equipment, as well as housing and food for those personnel.“

Sets direction of the organization, manages senior and full time team members including Director of Football Operations, Director of Player Personnel and Development and Head Coach. Runs the business and legal aspects of the organization.
Director of Football Operations / Assistant General Manager: Jeremy Bryson
Works closely with Senior Management (CEO and Director of Player Personnel and Development) to execute long term and short-term strategic goals. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of football operations including league communication, team management, stadium and travel logistics, team equipment and training including player personnel.
Ensures that the team has everything it needs to be competitive and prepare to win. Player liaison, make sure players are taken care of properly. Supports the Director of Football Personnel in talent acquisition and athlete development.
Director of Player Personnel and Development: George Streeter
Oversees medium- and long-term player personnel strategy to sign athlete talent for the organization. Works alongside Senior Management (CEO and Director of Football Operations) to implement club strategy and philosophy. Supports the Head Coach and ensures athletes and coaches work well together. Oversees all aspects of talent acquisition and athlete development. Works to ensure the team is on the right path and following the organizational strategy.

Stuttgart Surge stellt für die kommende Saison 2023 ein verändertes Front Office zusammen. Dieses soll garantieren, dass sich der Coaching-Staff auf seine wesentlichen Aufgaben konzentrieren kann: nämlich das Team coachen und Spiele gewinnen. Dank dieser neuen Struktur möchte man sicherstellen, dass jeder Bereich der Franchise die nötige Aufmerksamkeit erhält, um erfolgreich zu sein.
„Wir wollen erreichen, dass sich unser neuer Head Coach und sein Staff hauptsächlich darauf konzentrieren können, Spiele zu gewinnen. Meine einzige Aufgabe ist es, dafür zu sorgen, dass sich Coaches und Spieler keine Gedanken machen müssen. Wir haben uns erfolgreiche Teams der NFL, ELF und auch der GFL angeschaut und dort diese Struktur vorgefunden. Suni, George und ich haben nun Positionen übernommen, in denen wir unsere Stärken voll ausspielen können. Suni hat bereits zahlreiche Unternehmen geleitet und mit einigen der erfolgreichsten Stuttgarter Sportvereinen zusammengearbeitet. Er hat nun eine Saison ELF-Erfahrung und dadurch wird die Arbeit dieses Jahr reibungsloser und besser verlaufen. George hat bei einigen der renommiertesten Franchises der NFL (u.a. Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers) im Bereich Player Personnel, Recruiting und Scouting gearbeitet. Ich selbst war über 10 Jahre im Militär tätig und war dort für die Logistik von Ausrüstung und Personal verantwortlich, sowie auch für die Unterbringung und Verpflegung des Personals.“

Arbeitet eng mit dem Senior Management (CEO und Director of Football Operations) zusammen, um die Strategie der Organisation umzusetzen. Unterstützt den Head Coach und stellt sicher, dass Spieler und Coaches gut zusammenarbeiten. Überwacht alle Aspekte des Recruitings und der Spielerentwicklung. Sorgt dafür, dass das Team auf dem richtigen Weg bleibt und die Strategie der Organisation verfolgt.
